翻转课堂在外训学员临床教学中的探索与应用 被引量:1

摘要 翻转课堂是一种上课前教员发布学习材料,学员自主学习知识,课堂中学员质疑,教员释疑,师生相互讨论,学员完成知识内化的新型教学模式,由传统的"先教而后学"转变为现在的"先学而后教"。近年来,长海医院心内科借助网络信息化技术,在外训学员临床教学中采用翻转课堂这一教学模式,探讨了它具体的实施方法和实施效果。相比于传统教学方法,翻转课堂更适合外训学员的临床课程教学,能增加学员的学习兴趣,调动其积极性,提高其对临床知识的掌握和应用能力,另一方面,这也能促进教员教学能力的提升。 Flipped classroom is a new teaching mode.Before class,the teacher provides the study materials and the students learn knowledge themselves.In the class,the teacher answers what the students'question,and the teachers and students discuss each other,and the students complete the absorption of knowledge.It is transformed from conventional“first teaching and then learning”to contemporary“first learning and then teaching”.During recent years,cardiology department in Changhai Hospital has adopted the teaching mode of flipped classroom in the clinical teaching of foreign students with the help of network information technology and has discussed its specific implementation methods and effects.Compared with traditional teaching methods,flip classroom is more suitable for clinical teaching of foreign students.It can increase students'interest in learning,mobilize their enthusiasm and improve their ability to master and apply clinical knowledge.On the other hand,it can also promote the improvement of teachers'teaching ability.
