“317护”在血透室临床实习带教中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨基于"317护"手机APP及计算机网络平台对护生理论和技能同质化的培训和教育模式应用的研究价值。方法选取我院接受传统护理带教模式的2017年8月—2018年2月轮转血透室的30名实习护生作为对照组,选择2018年3—9月轮转血透室的30名实习护生作为观察组,实施基于"317护"手机APP及计算机网络平台的特色化、个性化护生理论和技能的培训信息化教学培训模式,建立移动学习体系,并通过宣教、培训与考试的闭环管理模式,使护生能灵活运用碎片式学习方式。对比两组实习护生学习效率、培训管理效率。结果观察组带教老师技能水平和满意度评价明显高于对照组,观察组护生沟通能力、动手能力、学习兴趣及综合能力明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论运用"317护"信息化平台进行护生培训教育,解放了护生和带教老师的时间,快速建立移动学习体系,打破了时空限制,提升了护生学习及培训管理效率,有效节约了人力、物力。 Objective To explore the value of training and education model application research on the theory and skill homogenization of nursing students based on the“317 Hu”mobile APP and computer network platform.Methods The 30 intern nurses who rotated the hemodialysis room from August 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital under the traditional nursing teaching mode were selected as the control group.Thirty interns in the rotating hemodialysis room from March to September 2018 were selected as observation group,the 30 intern nursing students implemented a training and information-based teaching training model based on the“317 Hu”mobile APP and computer network platform featuring personalized and personalized nursing theory and skills,established a mobile learning system,and adopted missions and training.The closed-loop management mode with the exam enables the nursing students to flexibly use the fragmented learning method.The learning efficiency and training management efficiency of the two groups of intern nurses were compared.Results The skill level and satisfaction evaluation of the teaching group in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The communication ability,hands-on ability,learning interest and comprehensive ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the“317 Hu”information platform to train nursing students,liberating the time of nursing students and teaching teachers,quickly establishing a mobile learning system,breaking the limitations of time and space,improving the efficiency of nursing students'learning and training management,and effectively saving human and material resources.
