腹部手术患者应用不同剂量右美托咪定复合麻醉的观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察腹部手术患者麻醉中应用不同剂量右美托咪定复合异丙酚、瑞芬太尼的麻醉效果。方法随机将80例腹部手术患者分为研究组、对照组各40例,两组均给予右美托咪定复合异丙酚、瑞芬太尼麻醉,对照组右美托咪定剂量为0.5μg/kg,研究组右美托咪定剂量为0.8μg/kg。记录两组患者平均拔管时间、瑞芬太尼使用量、异丙酚使用量、苏醒时间、不良反应发生率。结果研究组患者的平均拔管时间、异丙酚使用量、苏醒时间、瑞芬太尼使用量、不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在腹部手术患者麻醉过程中,0.8μg/kg右美托咪定复合异丙酚、瑞芬太尼的麻醉好,可以减少瑞芬太尼和异丙酚使用量,患者苏醒时间短、不良反应少,麻醉效果安全可靠。 Objective To observe the anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol and remifentanil appling in anesthesia for abdominal surgery patients.Methods 80 cases of abdominal surgery patients were randomly divided into the study group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The two groups were anesthetized with dexmedetomidine combined with propofol and remifentanil.The dose of dexmedetomidine in the control group was 0.5μg/kg,and the dose of dexmedetomidine in the study group was 0.8μg/kg.The mean extubation time,remifentanil usage,propofol usage,the waking time and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were recorded.Results The mean extubation time,the usage of propofol,the waking time,the dosage of remifentanil and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During anesthesia in patients undergoing abdominal surgery,the anesthesia effects of dexmedetomidine 0.8μg/kg combined with propofol and remifentanil is good,it can reduce the dosage of remifentanil and propofol,the recovery time is short,and has less adverse reactions,the anesthetic effect is safety and reliable.
