亚低温治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Mild Hypothermia in the Treatment of Neonatal Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy

目的探索亚低温治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的临床疗效及可行性。方法选取2016年8月22日—2017年8月22日我院缺血缺氧性脑病40例患儿(实施奇偶数分组模式),对照组的20例患儿进行常规治疗措施,观察组的20例患儿进行亚低温治疗。结果观察组总有效率(95.00%)、拥抱反射(25.38±1.41)分、吸吮反射(27.41±1.35)分、握持反射(25.48±1.42)分、肌张力上肢(27.46±1.18)分、肌张力下肢评分(24.48±1.68)分、不良反应发生率(5.00%)、治疗后1天NBNA检测结果(36.45±3.19)分、治疗后3天NBNA检测结果(37.85±0.16)分、治疗后7天NBNA检测结果(38.98±0.84)分,均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对缺血缺氧性脑病小儿实施亚低温治疗效果显著,且可提高治疗安全性。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and feasibility of mild hypothermia in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods 40 children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were selected in our hospital from August 22,2016 to August 22,2017(adopting the odd-even grouping model)and 20 children in the control group were treated with routine treatment.20 children in the observation group were treated with mild hypothermia.Results The total effective rate(95.00%),cuddle reflex(25.38±1.41)points,sputum reflexes(27.41±1.35)points,grip reflexes(25.48±1.42)points,and muscle tension upper limbs(27.46±1.18)points were observed in the observation group.Muscle tension lower limb score(24.48±1.68)points and incidence of adverse reactions(5.00%),treatment after 1 day NBNA test results(36.45±3.19)points,3 days after treatment,NBNA test results(37.85±0.16)points,7 days after treatment,NBNA test results(38.98±0.84)points,were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of hypothermia in children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is effective and can improve the safety of treatment.
