厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压左室肥厚临床效果探讨

Clinical Efficacy of Irbesartan Combined With Amlodipine in the Treatment of Hypertension With Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压左室肥厚的临床效果。方法将我院2017年3月—2018年3月收治的高血压左室肥厚患者98例作为探讨对象,按入院顺序将其分成对照组和观察组各49例,对照组患者在治疗中应用氨氯地平进行治疗,观察组患者则应用厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果以及SBP、DBP评分明显优于对照组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对高血压左室肥厚患者给予厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平联用治疗,可有效提高临床治疗效果,改善患者临床症状。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertensive with left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods 98 hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy admitted from March 2017 and March 2018 in our hospital were investigated.According to the order of admission,49 patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was under treatment.Amlodipine was used for treatment.The patients in the observation group were treated with irbesartan combined with amlodipine,and the treatment effects of the two groups were observed.Results The clinical treatment effect and SBP and DBP scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the data between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of irbesartan with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy can effectively improve the clinical effect and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
