鼓室注射地塞米松治疗糖尿病伴突发性耳聋

Tympanic Injection of Dexamethasone in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Sudden Deafness

目的将鼓室注射地塞米松治疗方案实行于糖尿病伴突发性耳聋患者的临床治疗中,研究并评估临床效果及价值。方法此文予以分析的样本资料是2016年2月—2018年3月在本医院开展治疗的70例糖尿病伴突发性耳聋患者,参照计算机法实施分组,常规治疗实施于两组,静脉给药地塞米松治疗方案实施于参照组(35例),鼓室注射地塞米松治疗方案实施于实验组(35例),分析并比对两组患者的治疗总有效率、并发症发生率、治疗满意度。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),实验组患者的并发症发生率低于参照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对糖尿病伴突发性耳聋患者开展鼓室注射地塞米松治疗呈现较优临床效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect and value of tympanic injection of dexamethasone in the clinical treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with sudden deafness.Methods 70 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study and divided into two groups through computer method.The two groups were both treated with conventional method,while intravenous dexamethasone was implemented in control group(35 cases)and tympanic injection of dexamethasone was implemented in experimental group(35 cases),then the effective rate,complication rate,treatment satisfaction rate in patients of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The effective rate and treatment satisfaction rate of patients in experimental group was higher compared to those in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),the complication rate in patients in experimental group was lower compared to that in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of tympanic injection of dexamethasone in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with sudden deafness can achieve better clinical effect.
