针灸配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined With Massage in Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的研究针灸配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取在我院接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者88例,时间为2017年1月—2018年1月,根据患者接受治疗方式的不同,将患者分为两组,分别为对照组和实验组,其中,对照组患者接受针灸治疗,实验组患者接受针灸配合推拿治疗,对比两组患者接受治疗后的临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,将实验组患者的治疗效果,与对照组患者的治疗效果对比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者接受针灸配合推拿治疗,能够有效改善患者的腰部功能,促进患者病情好转,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage in treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods 88 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.The patients were divided into two groups by the odd and even group method.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,the experimental group was treated with acupuncture moxibustion and massage.The effect of treatment after treatment was compared.Results After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage can effectively improve the lumbar function of patients with lumbar disc herniation,promote the improvement of patients'condition and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
