综合护理干预对直肠癌结肠造口术患者的生存质量影响分析

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life of Rectal Cancer Patients Undergoing Colostomy

目的对直肠癌结肠造口术患者应用综合护理对生存质量的影响进行探讨。方法选取我院92例直肠癌结肠造口术患者,将其随机分组,给予综合护理干预者设定为观察组,给予常规护理干预者设定为对照组,每组46例患者。结果干预后,与对照组相比,观察组各项生活质量评分均比较优,并发症发生率更低(P <0.05)。结论对直肠癌造口术患者治疗时,配合综合护理干预,可有效提高患者后期生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the quality of life of patients with rectal cancer undergoing colostomy.Methods 92 patients with rectal cancer undergoing colostomy were randomly divided into two groups.The comprehensive nursing intervention group was set as observation group,while the routine nursing intervention group was set as control group,with 46 patients in each group.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had better quality of life scores and lower incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients after rectal cancer stoma.
