摘要
目的分析延续性护理干预在预防慢性化脓性中耳炎术后细菌感染的应用。方法选取我院在2016年3月—2018年1月收治的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者80例,参照随机数字表法,分为实验组和参照组,每组各40例患者;参照组实施常规护理,实验组实施延续性护理,对比两组患者的应用价值。结果两组患者较护理前有显著的效果,延续性护理比常规护理更具有优势,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论延续性护理可有效改善慢性化脓性中耳炎术后患者的症状,在临床上取得了十分显著的护理效果,该护理模式值得在临床实践中加强应用。
Objective To analyze the application of continuous nursing intervention in preventing bacterial infection after chronic suppurative otitis media operation.Methods 80 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media were selected from March 2016 to January 2018.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,each group had 40 patients.The reference group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given continuous nursing.The application value of the two groups was compared.Results The two groups of patients had significant effect than before nursing,and the continuing nursing had more advantages than routine nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media after surgery,and has achieved very significant clinical nursing effect.This nursing model is worth strengthening in clinical practice.
