整体护理干预对胆结石手术患者的影响

Effect of Holistic Nursing Intervention on Patients Undergoing Gallstone Surgery

目的探究胆结石手术患者采取整体护理干预对其术后并发症和情绪状态的影响。方法选择2016年1月—2018年1月本院胆结石手术患者60例,遵照随机化分组原则分为参照组、干预组,各30例,参照组实施常规护理,干预组实施整体护理。比较分析两组并发症发生率和情绪状态评分。结果干预组并发症发生率为3.3%,与参照组的30.0%比较明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理后焦虑抑郁评分均低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);护理后干预组情绪状态评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将整体护理干预应用在胆结石手术患者中可行性高,不仅能减少并发症,对改善患者的情绪状态亦有重要帮助。

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on postoperative complications and emotional state of patients with gallstone surgery.Methods 60 patients with gallstone surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected.According to the principle of randomized grouping,they were divided into the reference group and the intervention group,with 30 patients in each group.The reference group received routine nursing and the intervention group received holistic nursing.The incidence of complications and emotional state scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of complications in the intervention group was 3.3%,which was significantly lower than 30.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression after nursing were lower in both groups than before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The emotional state score of the post-nursing intervention group was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to apply holistic nursing intervention in patients with gallstone surgery,which can not only reduce complications,but also help improve patients'emotional state.
