心理护理干预对骨科全身麻醉患者心理波动的影响研究

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Psychological Fluctuation of General Anesthesia Patients in Orthopedics

目的探讨心理护理干预在骨科患者全身麻醉中的护理效果及对心理波动的影响。方法选择2014年5月—2018年3月骨科患者120例作为对象,根据护理方法分为对照组和观察组,从强迫、抑郁、敌对、焦虑角度进行心理评估,比较两组护理效果及对心理波动的影响。结果观察组护理后3 d强迫评分(0.84±0.13)分、抑郁(0.82±0.11)分、敌对(0.94±0.13)分、焦虑(0.78±0.11)分,均低于对照组的强迫评分(1.59±0.32)分、抑郁(1.94±0.35)分、敌对(1.88±0.34)分、焦虑(1.74±0.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论心理护理干预用于骨科患者全麻中效果理想,能减轻患者心理波动。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on general anesthesia in department of orthopedics patients and its effect on psychological fluctuation.Methods 120 orthopedic patients from May 2014 to March 2018 were selected as subjects.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group.Psychological evaluation was conducted from the perspectives of compulsion,depression,hostility and anxiety.The effect of nursing and its influence on psychological fluctuation were compared between the two groups.Results The obsessive-compulsive score(0.84±0.13),depression(0.82±0.11),hostility(0.94±0.13)and anxiety(0.78±0.11)were recorded in the observation group three days after nursing.They were lower than those in the control group of obsessive-compulsive score(1.59±0.32),depression(1.94±0.35),hostility(1.88±0.34)and anxiety(1.74±0.32).The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention is ideal for patients with general anesthesia in department of orthopedics.It can reduce the psychological fluctuation of patients.
