摘要
目的探讨在子宫肌瘤的护理中,护理质量持续改进的临床价值。方法根据随机双盲分组法将我院接收的子宫肌瘤患者(共54例)随机分成例数相等的两组,其中,参照组实施常规护理,试验组与此同时实施护理质量持续改进,对两组的护理效果予以评价。结果参照组的各项评分均低于试验组,护理满意度(77.78%)低于试验组(96.30%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤的护理中,护理质量持续改进的应用效果突出。
Objective To explore the clinical value of continuous improvement of nursing quality in the nursing of uterine fibroids.Methods According to the random double blind grouping method,54 patients with uterine leiomyoma received in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with the same number of cases.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given continuous improvement of nursing quality.The nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results The scores of the reference group were lower than those of the experimental group,and the nursing satisfaction(77.78%)was lower than that of the experimental group(96.30%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of uterine fibroids patients,the application effect of continuous improvement of nursing quality is outstanding.
