摘要
柱塞式胶囊充填机主要采用双键槽凸轮机构驱动形式。为研究双键槽凸轮机构的静态、动态特性,以某型胶囊充填机合囊凸轮机构为研究对象。基于Pro/E软件构建合囊凸轮机构模型并导入有限元ANSYS中,根据获得的变形及应力云图分析凸轮变形及应力分布规律;根据获得的固有频率及振型,对现存凸轮结构进行了模态分析;利用ADAMS对合囊凸轮机构进行动力学仿真,分析其关键部件的速度、加速度变化规律。为进一步研究合囊凸轮机构其他机械性能提供依据。
The piston type capsule filling machine mainly adopts the driving mode of double-keyway cam structure.To research its static and dynamic characteristics,the capsule closing cam mechanism of a capsule filling machine was studied.The model of the capsule closing cam was built with Pro/E and imported into finite element ANSYS.Based the stress and deformation cloud map,the stress distribution and deformation characteristics were analyzed.Furthermore,modal analysis of the existing cam structure was done according to the obtained natural frequency and vibration modes.A dynamic simulation of the capsule closing cam mechanism was made with ADAMS and the speed and acceleration change rules of the key parts were analyzed.
