老年抑郁症是指60岁以上人群出现的抑郁症状,由于人群的特殊性,抑郁的核心症状不典型,而表现为焦虑、激越、精神病性症状、认知功能障碍、自杀、睡眠障碍和躯体不适等。抗抑郁药是老年抑郁的主要药物治疗手段,大多数抗精神病药在这一人群中的应用也得到了广泛关注。结合实际情况,本文全面分析非典型抗精神药治疗老年抑郁症的安全性和有效性,为相关研究人员提供参考资料。

Senile depression refers to the depression symptoms of people over the age of 60,due to the particularity of the population,the core symptoms of depression are not typical,and the symptoms include anxiety,agitation,psychotic symptoms,cognitive dysfunction,suicide,sleep disorder and somatic discomfort.Antidepressants are the main drug treatment method for depression in the elderly,the application of most antipsychotics in this population has been widely concerned.Based on the actual situation,this paper comprehensively analyzes the safety and effectiveness of atypical antipsychotics in the treatment of depression in the elderly,providing reference materials for relevant researchers.
