技术标准对经济增长的贡献是一致的吗——基于省际层面的实证分析

Is the Influence of Technological Standardization on Economic Growth Same——Empirical Study Based on the Provincial Level

技术标准作为"统一"的市场工具,对经济增长的作用机制和贡献,在同一个市场内被认为是一致的。采用2000—2013年省际面板数据,运用扩展的Cobb-Douglas生产函数,实证研究了技术标准对区域经济增长的贡献。研究结果表明:技术标准对经济增长的贡献在不同层次的市场存在着比较大的差异。在全国层面,技术标准化对经济增长的贡献高于区域层面,区域科技创新能力越高,标准化对区域经济增长的促进作用也更为显著,实行标准化战略能发挥更大经济效益,这对进一步发挥技术标准推动经济增长有着重要的政策意义。

Using the panel data of provinces from 2000 to 2013,this article estimates the contribution of technological standardization and technical innovation on regional economic growth based on the Extend Knowledge Production Function.Then the paper analyzes the different influence of technological standardization on regional economic growth based on the level of regional technical innovation.The result show that technological standardization has a effect on economic growth,but the effect at the national level is more significant than it at the regional level,the effect plays a more important role in region with higher innovative capacity,it means implementing standardization strategy can create greater economic benefits.
