摘要
Quitaracsa电站发电机为额定转速720 r/min及额度容量66 MVA的高转速发电机,设计人员针对高转速大容量发电机的设计和制造难点,以及容易出现的问题进行了技术攻关,并较好的解决了这些技术难题。本文通过对该发电机核心部件结构的详细说明介绍了该发电机的结构特点,以及结构设计的注意点,为今后高转速大容量水轮发电机的结构设计提供借鉴。
The generator of the Quitaracsa HPP is high-speed one with a rated speed of 720 r/min and a rated capacity of 66 MVA.Through technical breakthrough,designers of the HPP have properly solved design and manufacturing difficulties and common problems of high-speed large-capacity generator.This paper introduces structural characteristics of such a generator through detailed description of core components and structure of the generator,as well as precautions in structural design,providing reference for future structural design of high-speed large-capacity hydrogenerator.
