急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死患者的临床研究

Clinical study of Emergency Percutaneous Coronary intervention for Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的研究分析对急性心肌梗死患者采用急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年11月至2017年11月本院接受治疗的82例急性心肌梗死患者为此次研究对象,按照数字表随机分组原则,分为研究组和参照组,其中参照组41例,予以静脉溶栓治疗,研究组41例,急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,比较两组不良事件发生情况以及治疗前后心功能指标水平变化情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的心功能指标水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,研究组患者的心功能各指标水平与参照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时研究组不良事件发生率为4.87%,低于参照组不良事件发生率24.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死患者实施急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,具有十分显著的治疗效果,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of emergency percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 82 patients with acute myocardial infarction received treatment in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were selected as subjects.According to the principle of digital table,82 patients were divided into study group and reference group,including 41 cases in reference group.41 patients in the study group were treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy.The incidence of adverse events and the changes of cardiac function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The heart of two groups of patients before treatment was compared and analyzed.There was no significant difference in the level of functional indexes between the study group and the control group.The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 4.87%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(24.39%,P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction is very effective and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
