参苓白术散与双岐杆菌联合治疗小儿腹泻的临床有效率评价

Clinical efficiency evaluation of combination of Shen Ling Baizhu powder and Bifidobacterium in treatment of infantile diarrhea

目的探究参苓白术散与双岐杆菌联合治疗小儿腹泻的临床有效率。方法纳入2017年6月至2018年6月期间本院收治的90例小儿腹泻患儿进行回顾性研究,查病例号按照奇数偶数将其分为对照组和实验组,每组45例,实验组采用参苓白术散与双岐杆菌联合治疗,对照组采用乳酸菌素片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、临床症状缓解时间、血管活性肽(VIP)、神经肽Y(NPY)水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患儿的血管活性肽、神经肽Y水平差异无统计学意义;治疗后,实验组患儿的治疗效果提高,临床症状缓解时间缩短,血管活性肽、神经肽Y水平改善显著,不良反应发生率降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿腹泻患儿采用参苓白术散与双岐杆菌联合治疗,患儿的治疗效果显著,血管活性肽、神经肽Y水平改善较好,临床症状缓解时间均缩短,减少不良反应,值得临床深究。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Bifidobacterium in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 90 children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018.The cases were divided into control group and experimental group according to odd and even numbers.Each group was included in 45 cases.The experimental group was treated with Shenling Baizhu Powder and Bifidobacterium,and the control group was treated with Lactobacillus tablets.In group B,the therapeutic effect,the remission time of clinical symptoms,the levels of vasoactive peptide(VIP),neuropeptide Y(NPY)and the incidence of adverse reactions were detailed.Results Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the levels of vasoactive peptide and neuropeptide Y between the experimental group and the control group before treatment;After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the children in the experimental group was improved,the time of clinical symptom relief was shortened,the levels of vasoactive peptides and neuropeptide Y were significantly improved,and the incidence of adverse reactions was decreased.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Shenling Baizhu Powder and Bifidobacterium can improve the levels of vasoactive peptide and neuropeptide Y,shorten the remission time of clinical symptoms and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of further study.
