摘要
目的探讨2017年辽宁省本溪满族自治县地方性氟中毒防治效果,以为预防地方性氟中毒疾病提高一定的指导依据。方法选择本溪满族自治县内2017年1月至2017年12月间连山关镇、草河城镇、东营坊乡、南甸子镇及草河掌镇共5个乡镇内居民为研究对象,对每个乡镇随机抽取饮用水、8~12岁儿童及成人各400例或份。分别对各区域内8~12岁儿童氟斑牙发病情况、成人氟骨症发病情况以及饮用水氟含量进行调查分析。结果各乡镇饮用水氟含量均低于控制标准1.0 mg/L;8~12岁儿童氟斑牙检出率分别为7.00%、8.00%、7.00%、9.00%、6.75%,均低于氟斑牙消除标准;成人氟骨症发病率分别为9.75%、8.50%、10.50%、8.75%、9.50%,均低于氟骨症病情消除标准,各乡镇饮用水氟含量、8~12岁儿童氟斑牙检出率及氟骨症发病率间比较差异无统计学意义。结论自本溪满族自治县响应中央号召以来,我自治县饮用水氟含量得到显著改善,氟斑牙与氟骨症等地方性氟病的发病率得到有效的控制,地方性氟中毒基本得到消除。
Objective To investigate the effect of prevention and control of endemic fluorosis in Benxi Manchu Autonomous County,Liaoning Province,in order to improve the guidance for the prevention of endemic fluorosis.Methods In the Benxi Manchu Autonomous County,from January 2017 to December 2017,residents of Lianshanguan Town,Caohe Town,Dongyingfang Township,Nandianzi Town and Caohezhang Town were selected as research objects for each township.400 cases or portions of drinking water,children aged 8 to 12 years old and adults were randomly selected.The incidence of dental fluorosis,the incidence of skeletal fluorosis and fluoride content in drinking water of children aged 8 to 12 years in each region were investigated and analyzed.Results The fluoride content of drinking water in the villages and towns was lower than that of the control standard 1.0mg/L.The detection rates of dental fluorosis in children aged 8-12 years were 7.00%,8.00%,7.00%,9.00%and 6.75%,respectively.The incidence of adult fluorosis was 9.75%,8.50%,10.50%,8.75%,9.50%,respectively,which were lower than the standard of eliminating fluorosis.There was no significant difference in the fluoride content in drinking water,the prevalence of dental fluorosis and the incidence of skeletal fluorosis in children aged 8 to 12 years.Conclusion Since Benxi Manchu Autonomous County has responded to the central government's call,the content of fluorine in drinking water in my Autonomous County has been significantly improved,and the incidence of endemic fluorosis,such as fluorosis and fluorosis,has been effectively controlled,and endemic fluorosis has been basically eliminated.
