早产儿早期使用枯草杆菌二联活菌散降低感染率及NEC发病率 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析早产儿早期使用枯草杆菌二联活菌散降低感染率及新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(necrotizing enterocolitis of newborn,NEC)发病率。方法随机选定2016年3月至2018年3月本院收治的80例早产儿,以随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采纳早期微量喂养法,实验组以对照组为基础,早期使用枯草杆菌二联活菌散。比较感染率、NEC发病率、治疗情况、出院时体质量及并发症情况。结果与对照组感染率、出院时体质量、NEC发病率、并发症发生率比较,实验组较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组静脉营养时间、抗生素使用时间、住院时间比较,实验组较短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早产儿早期使用枯草杆菌二联活菌散可有效降低感染率及NEC发病率,缩短治疗时间,效果确切,值得借鉴。 Objective To analyze the early use of Bacillus subtilis bifidobacteria in premature infants to reduce the infection rate and the incidence of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis of newborn NEC.Methods Eighty premature infants admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the early micro-feeding method,and the experimental group was based on the control group,and the B.subtilis was used in the early stage.Compare infection rate,NEC incidence,treatment status,body weight and complications at discharge.Results Compared with the control group,the body weight at discharge,the incidence of NEC,and the incidence of complications,the experimental group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the venous nutrition time,antibiotic use time,hospitalization with the control group the time was compared,the test group was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The early use of Bacillus subtilis in the premature infants can effectively reduce the infection rate and the incidence of NEC,shorten the treatment time,and the effect is exact.It is worth learning.
