2014至2017年本溪满族自治县结核病的防治成效分析

Effectiveness of tuberculosis control in Benxi Manchu Autonomous county in 2014 to 2017

目的探讨2014至2017年本溪满族自治县结核病的防治成效,为临床结核病的预防提供一定的科学指导依据。方法依据我国结核病防治规划实施工作指南及结核病防治规划终期评价实施细则对本溪自治县结核病防治效果进行分析评价。结果 2014至2017年间可疑结核病患者接诊率2 863例(22.95/万);初诊查痰率为1 890例(66.04%);阳性检出率为577例(30.52%);2016及2017年可疑结核病就诊率及阳性检出率均显著低于2014及2015年(P<0.05);2016及2017年活动性肺结核患者(27、26)例、涂阳肺结核(32、29)例及初次涂阳肺结核人数(32、29)例相较于2014及2015年,分别为(250、201,293、223,280、213)例出现明显下降(P<0.05);涂阳肺结核患者归转情况良好,年均治愈率为98.44%,初治愈率及复治愈率分别为98.26%和100.00%。结论本溪满族自治县自2014年响应国家对结核病的控制政策以来,结核病的发病率逐年降低,临床治愈率越来越高,结核病情得到了有效的控制。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of tuberculosis prevention and control in Benxi Manchu Autonomous County in 2014-2017 years,so as to provide some scientific guidance for the prevention of clinical tuberculosis.Methods According to the guidelines for the implementation of tuberculosis prevention and control planning in China and the implementation details of the final period evaluation of TB prevention and control planning,the effect of tuberculosis prevention and control in Benxi Autonomous County was analyzed and evaluated.Results There were 2 863 cases of suspected TB patients in 2014 to 2017 years(22.95/million),1 890 cases(66.04%)and 577 cases(30.52%)in the first diagnosis,the positive rate of suspected tuberculosis and positive rate in 2016 and 2017 were significantly lower than 2014 and 2015(P<0.05);2016 and 2017 active tuberculosis patients(27,26)cases of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis(32,29)and primary smear positive tuberculosis(32,29)compared with 2014 and 2015,respectively(250,201,293,223,280,213),respectively(P<0.05);smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients with good conversion,average annual cure rate of 98.44%,initial cure rate and recovery rate 98.26%and 100%respectively.Conclusion Since 2014,Benxi Manchu Autonomous County has been responding to the national policy of controlling tuberculosis,the incidence of tuberculosis has decreased year by year,the clinical cure rate is higher and higher,and the disease of tuberculosis has been effectively controlled.
