奥敏清对龈上洁治术后牙本质过敏症的效果及安全性分析

Effect and safety analysis of Aominqing on dentine hypersensitivity after sputum scaling

目的探讨奥敏清对龈上洁治术后牙本质过敏症的效果及安全性。方法选取2016年1月至2017年8月本院收治的30例(106颗患牙)龈上洁治术后牙本质过敏症患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,即观察组给予奥敏清治疗,对照组给予普通抛光膏治疗,各15例(53颗),且对两组治疗后的即刻疗效、治疗2周后疗效、不良反应发生率进行观察及评估。结果观察组即刻疗效高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗2周后疗效高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义。结论奥敏清应用于龈上洁治术后牙本质过敏症中具有较高的临床价值,能够在改善过敏症状的基础上保证安全性,值得应用及推广。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Aminqing on dentine hypersensitivity after supratherapy.Methods From January 2016 to August 2017,30 patients(106 teeth)admitted to our hospital were enrolled as patients with dentine hypersensitivity.They were randomly divided into two groups,namely,the observation group was given Omin.Treatment and control group were treated with ordinary polishing cream,15 cases(53 cases),and the immediate effect after treatment,the effect after 2 weeks of treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and evaluated.Results The immediate effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 2 weeks of treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group There was no significant difference compared with the control group.Conclusion Aominqing has high clinical value in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity after sputum scaling.It can ensure safety on the basis of improving allergy symptoms,and it is worthy of application and promotion.
