正性暗示对患者术前焦虑的影响研究

A study of the effect of positive hint on preoperative anxiety in patients

目的探讨观看具有正性暗示意义的短视频是否能够改善或缓解患者术前焦虑的心理状态。方法采取随机抽样的方法抽取2017年9月至2018年3月期间在吉林医药学院临床医学院附属医院需要做手术的患者80例,随机分为对照组(40例)和研究组(40例)。术前对照组进行常规护理、研究组给予正性暗示护理。应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)测评两组患者的心理状态,自制量表统计护理后患者的满意度。结果术前2、4、6周SAS测评结果显示,与对照组相比较,研究组SAS阳性率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着患者观看正性暗示视频的时间增长,研究组的SAS阳性例数明显减少;研究组患者的满意度为99%明显高于对照组患者86%的满意度。结论正性暗示能够稳定患者术前心理状态,降低患者焦虑等不良情绪,有利于身体健康,同时具有较高的患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore whether a short video with positive hints can improve or alleviate the psychological state of preoperative anxiety.Methods A total of 80 hospitalized patients who need surgery in Jinlin Medical College Affiliated Hospital from September 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and research group(40 cases).The normal nursing in the control group was given before the operation and the study group was given positive hint.The psychological state of two groups of patients was assessed with the self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and the self-made scale was used to calculate the satisfaction of the patients after nursing.Results The results of SAS test at 2,4 and 6 weeks before operation showed that:compared with the control group,the positive rate of SAS in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);as patients watch the time growth of positive suggestive video,the number of SAS positive cases in Study Group were significantly reduced;patients in the study group satisfaction was 99%significantly higher than the control group of 86%patients with satisfaction.Conclusion Positive suggestion can stabilize patients'preoperative mental state and reduce anxiety and other negative emotions,which is good for health and high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
