摘要
目的观察胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗慢性脓胸疗效。方法分析研究40例老年慢性脓胸患者,将其均分为两组,对照组20例实施开胸手术治疗,观察组20例胸腔镜下胸膜纤维板剥脱术,对比不同方法的效果。结果两组患者的术中出血量、术后胸液总引流量、术后胸腔引流管置管时间、术后胸腔冲洗时间、术后抗生素应用时间、术后住院时间、治疗有效率、并发症发生情况对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜下胸膜纤维剥脱术治疗慢性脓效果显著,可广泛应用到临床中。
Objective To observe the efficacy of pleural fibrosis in the treatment of chronic empyema.Methods 40 patients with chronic empyema were analyzed and divided into two groups.Twenty patients in the control group underwent thoracotomy and 20 patients underwent thoracoscopic pleural fibrectomy.The effects of different methods were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss,total pleural drainage,postoperative chest tube drainage time,postoperative chest irrigation time,postoperative antibiotic application time,postoperative hospital stay,treatment efficiency,complications The incidence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracoscopic pleural fibrosis is effective in the treatment of chronic pus and can be widely used in clinical practice.
