探讨多西他赛联合奥沙利铂和替吉奥胶囊方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效及不良反应

To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and tegio capsules in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的分析多西他赛联合奥沙利铂和替吉奥胶囊方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法随机选取2016年1月至2016年12月本院收治的60例晚期胃癌患者参与本次实验,按照随机双盲法将其分为实验组与对照组,各30例。实验组应用多西他赛联合奥沙利铂和替吉奥胶囊方案治疗,对照组应用奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率(70.0%)较对照组患者(43.3%)更高,神经毒性、粒细胞减少、手足综合征、脱发、血小板减少的发生率较对照组更低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者恶心呕吐、肝功能损害、腹泻的发生率相比差异无统计学意义。结论对晚期胃癌患者给予多西他赛联合奥沙利铂和替吉奥胶囊方案治疗可获得理想的疗效,且不良反应少,安全性有保障,适宜临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and tegio capsules in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly selected to participate in this experiment.All the patients were selected from January 2016 to December 2016.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random double-blind method,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and tegio capsules,while the control group was treated with oxaliplatin combined with tegio.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate(70.0%)of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(43.3%).The incidence of neurotoxicity,granulocytopenia,hand-foot syndrome,alopecia and thrombocytopenia was lower in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of diarrhea was not statistically significant.Conclusion Docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and tegio capsules can achieve ideal therapeutic effect for patients with advanced gastric cancer,with fewer adverse reactions and safe,and is suitable for clinical application.
