超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of senile cataract

目的探究老年性白内障患者接受超声乳化与人工晶体植入术联合治疗的价值。方法选取老年性白内障患者100例作为研究对象,所选时间为2016年1月至2017年2月,以分段随机化法分组,其中对照组实施小切口白内障摘除术与人工晶体植入术联合治疗,实验组则实施超声乳化与人工晶体植入术联合治疗,对比两组老年性白内障患者治疗结果的差异性。结果实验组老年性白内障患者术后1 d以及术后30 d视力水平在0.5以上的几率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的并发症发生率(6.00%)明显低于对照组的并发症发生率(18.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后半年的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的治疗总满意率(94.00%)明显高于对照组的总满意率(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年性白内障患者接受超声乳化与人工晶体植入术联合治疗,可促进其视力水平的提高,对其并发症的发生进行控制。

Objective To explore the value of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of senile cataract.Methods 100 cases of senile cataract patients were selected as the research object.The selected time was January 2016 to February 2017.They were randomized into two groups.The control group was treated with small incision cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation,while the experimental group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.Compare the difference of treatment results between two groups of senile cataract patients.Results The visual acuity level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate of the experimental group(6.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(18.00%)(P<0.05).Six months after operation,the quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of the experimental group(94.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation can improve the visual acuity of senile cataract patients and control the occurrence of complications.
