特色小城镇考评指标体系优化——基于云南实践

Optimizing the Evaluation Index System for Characteristic Town: Based on Yunnan Practice

特色小城镇考评指标体系是特色小城镇培育工作中的重要一环,它不仅是评估工作成果的主要依据,而且对小城镇的规划策划、培育建设和运营管理起到引导性作用。本文针对云南省特色小城镇建设现状和考评指标体系的特点,借鉴英国规划质量评估模型和部分指标内容,最终提出指标体系优化方法,以求增强考评体系的全面性和引导作用。

The evaluation index system of characteristic town is an important part of the cultivating work,which is not only the main basis of the assessment results,but also plays a leading role in the planning,construction and operation management of small town.This paper draws on the idea of Measuring Quality in Planning in England,based on the characteristics of the current construction status and evaluation index system of Yunan.Finally,an optimization method of the indicator system is proposed to enhance the comprehensiveness and guiding role of the evaluation system.
