摘要
目的:研究白石脂的性状特征、显微特征、理化反应和红外光谱。方法:利用数码照相机、生物显微镜、一般鉴别试验和傅里叶变换红外光谱法对白石脂的性状特征、显微特征、理化反应和红外光谱进行鉴别研究。结果:白石脂色白、细腻,质地较硬;显微镜下可见晶体几无色,具微波状纹理;理化反应显示白石脂硫酸提取后溶液几无色至淡黄色,具铝盐化学反应特征;且红外光谱图特征明显。结论:本文所述方法适宜对白石脂进行生药学鉴别。
Objective:To study the characteristics and microscopic features,as well as physicochemical reaction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)of Halloysitum Album.Methods:The characteristics,microscopic features,physicochemical reactions and FTIR of Halloysitum Album were identified by digital camera,biological microscope,general identification test and FTIR.Results:Halloysitum Album was with white color,delicate and hard texture;the crystal was almost colorless with microwave texture under microscope;the physicochemical reaction showed that extraction of Halloysitum Album after sulfuric acid process was almost colorless to primrose yellow,which had the characteristics of aluminum salinization reaction;the features of IR was obvious.Conclusion:The method in this study is suitable for the pharmacognostic authentication of Halloysitum Album.
