龙氏治脊疗法结合床边牵引治疗颈源性小儿抽动症的临床研究

Clinical Study of Long's Spinal-Related Therapy Combined with Bedside Traction in Treatment of Pediatric Cervicogenic Tourette Syndrome

目的:观察龙氏治脊疗法结合床边牵引治疗颈源性小儿抽动症的临床疗效。方法:将58例颈源性小儿抽动症患儿按就诊挂号单号码单、双号随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用龙氏治脊疗法结合床边牵引,对照组按推拿针灸结合床边牵引治疗,每组各29例,观察、分析2组疗效。结果:治疗后2组在主症(皱眉眨眼、努鼻撅嘴、耸肩摇头、喉中异声)积分及次症(面黄肌瘦、纳呆便溏、性急易怒、气短)积分显著减少(P<0.05);从临床疗效评价看,治疗组总有效率为89.7%,对照组为86.2%,治疗组治愈率及显效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:龙氏治脊疗法结合床边牵引改善颈源性小儿抽动症的临床疗效优于推拿针灸结合床边牵引。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Long's spinal-related therapy combined with bedside traction on pediatric cervicogenic Tourette syndrome.Methods:58 cases of pediatric cervicogenic Tourette syndrome were divided into the treatment group(n=29)and the control group(n=29)according to the registration number.The treatment group was intervened with Long's spinal-related therapy combined with bedside traction,whereas the control group was intervened with tuina and acupuncture combined with bedside traction.The clinical curative effect was observed and analyzed in the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the scores of the main symptoms(frown and blink,frowning pout,shrugging shoulder and shaking head,strange sound in the throat)and secondary symptoms(emaciation with sallow complexion,loose stools,impatient,irritability,shortness of breath)were significantly decreased in the two group(P<0.05).The total curative effect was 89.7% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 86.2%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Long's spinal-related therapy combined with bedside traction is better than tuina and acupuncture combined with bedside traction in the treatment of pediatric cervicogenic Tourette syndrome.
