加味甘草干姜汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡经验探讨

Study on the Treatment of Recurrent Oral Ulcer with Modified Gancao Ganjiang Decoction

口腔溃疡历代医家均从"热"论治,吾行医十载,发现不乏阳虚之证,在临床诊治过程中,辨证属"脾胃阳虚证"之阴证口疮者,投之温阳法,施以甘草干姜汤加减,屡见奇功。本文总结临证诊疗"阴证口疮"治疗心悟,探讨"阴证口疮"之机理,以臻完善"口疮"治疗之法,以求提高临床治疗口疮之效。

The oral ulcer is usually treated from heat.The author has been practiced medicine for ten years,and found that the syndrome was most yang-defiviency of Spleen and Stomach.Gaocao Ganjiang Decoction showed miraculous effects in the treatment of oral ulcer of yin syndrome with yang-deficiency of Spleen and Stomach.This paper summarized the experience of clinical treatment of oral ulcer of yin syndrome with the purpose of improving the treatment of oral ulcers.
