固本咳喘方治疗尘肺病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效及对血气指标的影响

Effect of Guben Kechuan Formula on Pneumoconiosis and Its Influence to Blood Gas Index

目的:探讨固本咳喘方治疗尘肺病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效及对血气指标的影响。方法:选取我院收治的88例尘肺病男性患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予固本咳喘方治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。统计两组患者临床疗效,比较两组患者肺功能及血气指标。结果:两组治疗后气喘、咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、自汗、面色苍白积分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者FVC、FEV1、MVV水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者SaO_2、pH、PaO_2水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),两组PaCO_2水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:固本咳喘方可有效缓解尘肺病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者临床症状,改善其肺功能及血气指标,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Guben Kechuan Formula on pneumoconiosis and its influence to blood gas index.Methods:88 male patients with pneumoconiosis were selected as the studying subjects and were divided randomly into the observation group(n=44)and the control group(n=44).The control group was given conventional western medical treatment;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Guben Kechuan Formula.The two groups were treated continuously for four weeks.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,and blood gas indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of asthma,cough,expectoration,chest tightness,spontaneous perspiration and pale complexion were significantly lowered after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the decreases were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FVC,FEV1 and MVV were greatly increased after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the increases were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of PaO 2,SaO 2 and pH were significantly increased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the increases were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).PaCO 2 level was significantly lowered after the treatment compared to that before the treatment in the two group(P<0.05);of which the decrease was more significant in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guben Kechuan Formula can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of pneumoconiosis,and it can improve pulmonary function and blood gas index of the patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
