强直颗粒对肾阳虚型强直性脊柱炎患者炎症指标及脊柱功能的影响

Effect of Qiangzhi Granule on Inflammatory Indicator and Spinal Function in AS Patients with Syndrome of Kidney-Yang Deficiency

目的:探讨应用强直颗粒治疗肾阳虚型强直性脊柱炎患者,对其炎症指标及脊柱功能的影响。方法:石家庄市中医院骨科门诊自2016年7月—2017年12月强直性脊柱炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予强直颗粒治疗,对照组给予壮腰健肾丸治疗,治疗4周后,对两组患者血沉、C反应蛋白、BASDAI评分、BASFI评分、临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组治疗后血沉(13.56±5.02)mm/h、C反应蛋白(10.49±1.81)mg/L、BASDAI评分(8.51±4.76)、BASFI评分(27.25±15.32)与对照组治疗后血沉(17.35±4.14)mm/h、C反应蛋白(13.96±3.05)mg/L、BASDAI评分(13.16±6.94)、BASFI评分(33.14±6.01)比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组临床疗效及总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强直颗粒治疗肾阳虚型强直性脊柱炎的患者,可降低其炎症指标,改善其脊柱功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of Qiangzhi Granule on inflammatory indicator and spinal function in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS)of Kidney-yang deficiency.Methods:60 AS cases were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the treatment group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with Qiangzhi Granule,and the control group was treated with Zhuangyao Jianshen Pill.ESR,CRP,BASDAI score,BASFI score and clinical effect were compared between the two groups after four weeks of treatment.Results:In the treatment group,ESR was(13.56±5.02)mm/h,CRP was(10.49±1.81)mg/L,BASDAI score was(8.51±4.76),and BASFI score was(27.25±15.32);in the control group ESR was(17.35±4.14)mm/h,CRP was(13.96±3.05)mg/L,BASDAI score was(13.16±6.94),and BASFI score was(33.14±6.01).These inflammatory indicators were significantly improved in the treatment group compared to those in the control group(P<0.05).There was statistical difference in clinical effect and total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiangzhi Granule can reduce the inflammatory reactions and improve the spinal function when treating AS of Kidney-yang deficiency.
