立足区域特色 强化平台建设 提升创新能力——以山东省烟台市农业科学研究院为例

Based on the Regional Characteristics, Strengthen Construction of Scientific Research Platform,Improve the Ability of Innovation, Taking Yantai Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a Case

科研平台是提高科研人员实践和创新能力、提升科研机构创新水平的重要载体,强化区域特色的科研创新平台建设,对于提高地市级农业科研院所科技创新能力、促进院所稳定持续发展意义重大。文章以山东省烟台市农业科学研究院为例,分析了其科研平台建设取得的成效及存在的问题,提出保障科研平台运行、提高管理运行水平、注重人才团队建设、构建具有区域特色的科研创新平台等对策,以期为今后地市级农业科研院所科研平台建设提供借鉴。

Scientific research platform is an important carrier to improve the practical and innovative capabilities of scientific researchers and to improve the innovation level of scientific research institutions.Strengthening the construction of scientific research platform with regional characteristics is of great significance for improving the scientific and technological innovation capability of prefecture-level agricultural research institutes and promoting the stable and sustainable development of the institutes.Taking Yantai Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case,achievements and problems of the construction of its scientific research platform were analyzed in the paper.Measures and suggestions were put forward,i.e.,to ensure the operation of scientific research platform,improve the management and operation level,pay attention to the construction of talent team,and construct scientific research and innovation platform with regional characteristics.This will provide reference for the construction of scientific research platform of prefecture-level agricultural research institutes.
