当代大学生作为思想政治教育的对象有着特定时代所赋予的思想和行为特点,正确认识和把握这些特点对实现思想政治教育目的起着至关重要的作用。从对象视角出发认真分析高校思想政治教育所面临的机遇和挑战,既是落实全国高校思想政治工作会议精神的重要任务,更是丰富思想政治教育理论的研究之需。高校思想政治教育只有尊重教育对象的主体地位,重视教育对象的发展需求,把握教育对象的时代特点,抓住教育对象的能力优势,把握教育对象的活动空间,才能真正做到以学生为本,实现思想政治教育的改革创新与提升,不断增强其感染力、说服力和针对性、实效性。

Contemporary university students who possess thinking and behavior characteristics endowed with specific era are the object of ideological and political education,and it's very important for the realization of the goal of ideological and political education to know and grasp these characteristics correctly.Therefore,the analysis of opportunities and challenges faced by ideological and political education in the view of educational objects is not only significant mission to practice national ideological and political work conference spirit,but also the need of research of enriching its theory.Only if respect educational objects'dominant role,pay attention to their development demands,reinforce educational contents'integrating degree;seize their the characteristics of times,enhance the adaptation of educational methods;grapple their capacity superiority,apply information technology flexibly;hold their activity space,construct favorable peer group environment;can strengthen the persuasion,the attraction and the effectiveness of ideological and political education gradually.
