高校研究生寝室文化建设的思考与探索

Thinking and Exploration on the Construction of Postgraduate Students' Dormitory Culture

寝室文化不仅对研究生思想和行为有着潜移默化的影响,而且对于研究生科研能力的培养也有较大影响。加强寝室文化建设能推动研究生的培养。本文分析了寝室文化建设对研究生培养的必要性和影响因素,提出了加强研究生寝室文化建设的强有力措施,让研究生能在良好的寝室文化氛围中得到更好的培养和发展。

Dormitory culture not only has a subtle influence on postgraduate students'thoughts and behaviors,but also has a great influence on the cultivation of postgraduate students'scientific research ability.Therefore,strengthening the construction of dormitory culture can promote the cultivation of postgraduate students.This paper analyzes the necessity and influencing factors of dormitory culture construction for postgraduate training,and puts forward strong measures to strengthen the construction of postgraduate dormitory culture,so that postgraduate students can be better cultivated and developed in a good dormitory culture.
