新媒体形势下如何提高高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的时效性和覆盖面

高校辅导员是学生思想政治教育的主要领导者,但自从中国高校扩招以来,辅导员人数与学生人数的增长并不成正比。虽然学生人数不断增加,但辅导员人数却没有相应增加,这使得高校辅导员难以开展思想政治教育。此外,高校不研究辅导员自身的思想政治教育,而且往往从表面上看。新媒体平台的大量使用,不仅改变了高校大学生的日常生活习惯、学习方法和思维方式,使高校思想政治教育工作的社会环境更加复杂。它对辅导员的工作构成严重挑战,并增加了工作的难度。高校在新媒体飞速发展的今天更应该主动去转变观念,提高自身的自媒体素养,在新媒体环境下不断改进工作模式,才能提高高校思想政治教育工作的覆盖面和实效性。

College counselors are the main leaders of ideological and political education for students,but since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in China,the number of counselors is not proportional to the growth of the number of students.Although the number of students has been increasing,the number of counselors has not increased correspondingly,which makes it difficult for college counselors to carry out ideological and political education.In addition,colleges and universities do not pay attention to the ideological and political education for counselors themselves,and it is often superficial.The extensive use of the new media platform not only changes the daily life habits,learning methods and ways of thinking of college students,but also makes the social environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities more complicated.This poses a serious challenge to counselors'work and increases the difficulty of their work.In today's rapid development of new media,college and university leaders should take the initiative to change their concepts,improve their we-media literacy,and constantly improve their work patterns in the new media environment,in order to improve the coverage and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
