摘要
人才培养是高等教育的一项基本职能也是首要职能,致力于提升高等教育人才培养质量始终是国内外高等教育学界的共识。我国自1999年高校扩招以来,高等教育的工作重心倾向于由追求规模发展逐步转变为注重人才培养的质量,而提高质量的前提在于如何对人才培养目标进行合理的定位。本文基于人本论的高等教育哲学视角来阐述我国高校人才应具有的素质,并以此对高校人才培养的目标定位进行分析。
Talent training is a basic function and a primary function of higher education.It is always the consensus of higher education academic circles at home and abroad to improve the quality of higher education talent training.Since the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities in China in 1999,the focus of higher education has gradually shifted from the pursuit of scale development to the quality of talent training,and the prerequisite for improving quality is how to rationally position the training objectives.Based on the humanistic perspective of higher education,this paper expounds the quality that talents should possess in colleges and universities in China,and analyzes the target orientation of talent training in colleges and universities.
