卓越班本硕连读新工科教育变革的探索——以青岛理工大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 新工科时代来临,这对我国高等工程教育来说既是机遇也是挑战,教育改革迫在眉睫,高校卓越班本硕连读培养模式也应作出相应变革。高校应向产教融合的高等工程教育改革大方向靠拢,在践行教育探索实践要求的基础上,进行特色创新,如研究生课程前置、双语课程增设、学习共同体构筑、综合能力培养及学科融合等,这些创新方式都将对推进高校人才建设具有重要意义。以青岛理工大学为例,以新工科为背景,以产教融合为指导方针,结合创新改革教育方法展开教育变革并对高等人才培养大纲进行调整有利于高校人才培养建设。 The coming of the new engineering age is both an opportunity and a challenge for China's higher engineering education.Education reform is imminent.And the training mode should also be changed.Colleges and universities should move closer to the reform of higher engineering education with the integration of industry and education.And in response to the appeal of the state,on the basis of the practice of educational exploration and practice,we should carry out characteristic innovation,such as pre-postgraduate courses,bilingual curriculum,learning community construction,comprehensive ability training and transformation of disciplines,etc.All these innovations will be of great significance for promoting the construction of talents in colleges and universities.Taking the new engineering as the background,taking the integration of production and teaching as the guiding principle,combining with the innovative reform of educational methods,the reform of excellent class-based and postgraduate continuous reading new subject education and the adjustment of the training syllabus of higher talents are conducive to the construction of talent training in colleges and universities.
