研究城市湖泊公共水域安全以满足城市居民公共安全需求,实现人民对美好生活的向往。从智慧城市建设和社会需求中的公共安全层面出发,围绕城市湖泊的地理环境特征和居民生活习惯,系统分析了城市湖泊公共水域存在的安全问题以及溺水事件的共性特征和发生原因,并提出信息化救生服务的解决方略。救生服务系统的构建,能够有效防范和减少溺水事故的发生,促进城市和谐发展,增进民众的认同感从而减少社会矛盾。

Studying the safety of public waters in urban lakes is to meet the public safety needs of urban residents and achieve people's yearning for a better life.Based on the public security level of smart city construction and social demand,the paper analyzes the security problems of urban lake public waters and the common characteristics and causes of drowning events,presents information about the geographical environment characteristics of urban lakes and residents'living habits,and proposes the solution to the life-saving service.The construction of the life-saving service system can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of drowning accidents,promote the harmonious development of the city,enhance the sense of identity of the people and reduce social conflicts.
