摘要
中职食品专业主要是为食品企业培养一线技能型人才,学生必须要有扎实的专业技能,才能满足企业对人才的要求。本文提出了提高中职食品专业学生专业技能的方法:一是完善课程和教材建设,二是改革实践教学,三是建设学校双师型教师队伍,四是构建现代学徒制培养体系。
The food specialty of secondary vocational schools is mainly to train first-line skilled talents for food enterprises,so students must have solid professional skills,in order to meet the requirements of the enterprises for talents.This paper puts forward methods to improve the professional skills of food majors in secondary vocational schools,such as improving the construction of curriculum and teaching materials,reforming practice teaching,building a team of dual-qualification teachers in schools,and constructing the modern apprenticeship training system.
