社会工作介入失地农村妇女社会适应问题探究

A Probe into the Intervention of Social Work in the Social Adaptation of Rural Women Losing Their Land

随着失地农民群体的扩大,社会各界日益关注失地农民的社会适应情况。本论文以笔者在北京市某社区的调研为基础,以社会生态系统理论为指导,综合运用社会工作个案工作、小组工作、社区工作和社会行政方法,探索社会工作介入失地农村妇女社会适应问题的可行路径。

With the expansion of the group of farmers losing their land,the society has increasingly concerned about the social adaptation of farmers losing their land.Based on the author's research in a community in Beijing,this paper uses the social ecosystem theory as a guide to comprehensively apply such social work methods as casework,group work,community work and social administration to explore the feasible path for the intervention of social work in the social adaptation of rural women losing their land.
