改革开放以来,中国经济总量快速增长,经济发展取得了一系列的成就。但当经济总量和规模增长到一定阶段后,原有的经济增长动力就不再满足新时代下高质量发展的要求。高质量发展阶段的动力需求包括:创新需求、人力资本需求、金融体系需求、制度需求。要实现经济从高速增长向高质量增长转变,就需要以创新为核心,实现新旧动力转化。其路径在于:加快产业链条延伸,培育高质量发展的产业链新动力;提升传统产业,培育高质量发展的新兴产业动力;培育创新者,培育高质量发展的企业家新动力;发展数字经济,培育高质量发展的新业态动力;把握新趋势,释放高质量发展的信息化新动力;创新发展方式,培育高质量发展的绿色动力。

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy gained a rapid growth of GDP and a series of achievements.But with the increase of the total amount and scale,the original power of economic growth will no longer meet the requirements of high-quality development in the new era.The power demand of high quality development includes innovation,human capital,financial system and institution.In order to realize the transformation of economy from high-speed to high-quality growth,we should take innovation as the core to realize the transformation of new and old power.Its path lies in:speeding up the extension of industrial chain and cultivating new power of industrial chain for high-quality development;upgrading traditional industries and cultivating new power of emerging industries for high-quality development;training innovators and cultivating new power of entrepreneurs for high-quality development;developing digital economy and cultivating power of new business model for high-quality development;grasping new trends and releasing the new power of information for high-quality development;and innovating the development mode and cultivating the green power for high-quality development.
