Silverhawk斑块旋切系统联合药物涂层球囊治疗LEAOD的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Silverhawk plaque circumcision system combined with drug-coated balloon in the treatment of LEAOD

目的探讨Silverhawk斑块旋切系统联合药物涂层球囊治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(LEAOD)的效果。方法选取88例LEAOD患者,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组(Silverhawk斑块旋切系统+药物涂层球囊,n=44)和对照组(Silverhawk斑块旋切系统,n=44),对比两组临床疗效。结果术后6个月,观察组Rutherford分级、晚期管腔丢失(LLL)值、靶病变血运重建(TLR)发生率和再狭窄率均显著低于对照组(P <0.05),踝肱指数(ABI)显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。随访1年中,两组均未出现截肢、死亡等严重不良事件;术后1年两组行走障碍的改善率和6 min步行试验距离比较无统计学差异(P> 0.05)。结论Silverhawk斑块旋切系统联合药物涂层球囊治疗LEAOD效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Silverhawk plaque circumcision system combined with drug-coated balloon in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(LEAOD).Methods Eighty-eight patients with LEAOD were enrolled and divided into observation group(Silverhawk plaque circumcision system+drug-coated balloon,n=44)and control group(Silverhawk plaque circumcision system,n=44)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Six months after the operation,Rutherford grade,late lumen loss(LLL),target lesion revascularization(TLR)and restenosis rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and ankle-brachial index(ABI)was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse events such as amputation and death in the two groups during the follow-up period of 1 year.There was no significant difference in the improvement rate of walking disorder and 6-minute walking test distance between the two groups at 1 year after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Silverhawk plaque circumcision system combined with drug-coated balloon is effective in the treatment of LEAOD,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
