桑葚花色苷提取工艺优化及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:12

摘要 通过单因素和正交试验探讨桑葚花色苷的最佳提取工艺条件,同时比较了大孔树脂纯化前后桑葚花色苷的抗氧化活性变化情况.结果表明,桑葚花色苷提取最佳条件为:70%甲醇、料液比1∶55(g/m L)、提取时间60 min,该条件下提取率为6. 497%.采用静态吸附的方法,通过6种不同型号大孔吸附树脂吸附和解析效率的比较,确定了NKA-9型大孔树脂为桑葚花色苷的最佳纯化树脂.桑葚花色苷有较强的抗氧化活性,且纯化后的桑葚花色苷抗氧化效果显著提高. In this study, the optimal extraction conditions of the anthocyanin from the mulberry were investigated by the single-factor and orthogonal experiments. At the same time, the antioxidant activities of the extracts from mulberry by macroporous resin before and after purification were compared. The results showed that the optimal conditions were determined as follows:extraction solvent, 70% ethanol; material /solvent ratio of 1∶ 55 (g/mL); and extraction duration 60 min. Under these conditions, the extraction of the anthocyanin was 6.497%. The NKA-9 resin was found to be the ideal resin for the purification of anthocyanin from mulberry by comparing the static adsorption and analytical properties of six resins. After purification by macroporous resin, the antioxidant activities of the extracts of mulberry were significantly increased.
