摘要
以某科技有限公司头部按摩器三款产品为主要研究对象,旨在探讨产品的按摩压力对用户使用舒适度的影响,采用主观评测定性分析与压力实验定量分析相结合的方法,通过对其在不同压力模式下,对作用于被试头部的风池穴、阳白穴、太阳穴等部位的压力进行了实验研究。获得了七点舒适性量表评测值以及被试在产品使用过程中按摩压力的时变曲线图以及数值,并将这两种方法相结合进行分析,得出影响舒适度平均值的因素主要有压力大小、压力变化规律以及由于穴位耐受力不同,而应区分各穴位点的压力设计,这可以为头部按摩器的设计提供必要的设计参数和理论依据,使产品设计由以往凭感觉推测转变为测试分析的科学层面,同时针对按摩器压力的实验研究方法在实践中也具有一定的指导意义。
The comfort of Massagers studied in the paper.The different pressures of the head massagers on the users'“Fengchi”acupoint,“Yangbai”acupoint and Temple have been researched by experiments.The values of 7-point comfort questionnaire,the pressure data and the pressure-time curves are obtained by the subjective evaluating method and the objective quantitative analysis method.Combining the above two methods,it is concluded that the main influence factors of the comfort are pressure values,how the pressure change and the different tolerance of the different acupoints,which should be designed separately.The results can provide more design parameters standards and theoretical basis for the designers,which can make product design from sensibility to rationality.Also,the research methods used in this experiment have some guidance significance in practice.
