摘要
为适应网络购物的快速发展,以及快递员和收件人审美和使用需求的改变,在现有电动三轮快递车的基础上提升产品的用户体验和市场竞争力。将快递车作为连接快递员和收件人,完成网购体验的关键一环,在调研、分析快递员和收件人对现有电动三轮快递车真实用户体验的基础上,从本能层、行为层、反思层三个层面提出设计和改进的意见,并用产品可用性理论进行评价验证改良设计。基于用户体验原则完成电动三轮快递车设计,可更好地满足快递员和购物者的需求。将用户体验设计纳入到快递设备设计中,为快递设备设计提供了新的思路,并可有效地提升快递产品设计水平。
In order to better adapt to the rapid development of online shopping and changes in the aesthetic and use requirements of couriers and recipients,enhance the market competitiveness and user experience on the basis of the existing electric express tricycle.Taken express car as a link between couriers and recipients to complete the online shopping experience,based on the investigation and analysis of the existing user experience of the electric express tricycle,presented the suggestions of design and improvement from three aspects:instinct layer,behavior layer and reflection layer,and evaluated the improvement design by product availability theory.Based on the principle of user experience to optimum the design of the electric express tricycle can better meet the needs of couriers and shoppers.Applied user experience design to the design of express equipment,provides new ideas for the design of express equipment to enhance user experience.
