摘要
"人才强企工程"的实施,对人才培训提出新的需求。作为石油化工管理干部学院技术培训部近两年来以能力为导向的三种类型战略人才培训模式创新之一,"抓基础、强三基型,基于能力导向的战略型人才培训模式",有力推动了炼化工艺战略人才的培养。本文基于近年培训实践经验,对该模式的内涵、做法及特点进行了总结和分析。
Implementing the “Talent Strengthening the Enterprise Project” puts forward new demands for talent training. As one of the innovations of the “competence-oriented three types of strategic talent training” by the Technical Training Department of SINOPEC Management Institute, the competence-oriented strategic talent training model that emphasizes the fundamentals and strengthens the “Three Basics” has strongly promoted the cultivation of strategic talents in the refining processes and technologies. Based on the training practices in recent years, this paper summarizes and analyses the connotation, practice and characteristics of the training model.
