The Connotation and Implementation Paths of Party Committee's Leading Position in State-owned Enterprises

党的十九大修订的党章和全国国有企业党建工作会议指出,国有企业党委要发挥把方向、管大局、保落实作用。本文在研究国有企业党委职责定位的理论依据与实践意义的基础上,重点分析了当前党委(党组)发挥把方向、管大局、保落实作用的内涵要求,就发挥作用的实现路径提出了思考建议。

The Constitution of the Communist Party of China revised in the 19th CPC National Congress and the National Conference on Party building in State-Owned Enterprises point out that Party Committee should play a leading role in the development of state-owned enterprises. Based on the study of theoretical basis and practical significance of Party Committee’s obligation, this thesis mainly analyses the concept and implementation paths of Party Committee’s leadership.
