关于加强企业员工差错管理的思考

Thoughts on Strengthening Staff Error Management in Enterprises

摘要 防范和应对员工差错是企业管理者面临的普遍问题。本文借鉴前人差错管理研究成果,结合企业管理实践,尝试对员工差错管理的概念、差错原因、处理差错的方式和差错防控进行探讨。 Staff Error Management is a common problem that managers have to face in the enterprises. This article attempts to define this concept, figure out the cause, and puts forward the measures of dealing with staff's errors and the methods to prevent staff from making mistakes, based on former research results of Staff Error Management and the practice through enterprise management.
