The Common Mistakes in Writing Business Email Salutation and Sign-Off and Writing Strategies

本文基于作者10余年的商务沟通教学和研究经验,梳理分析国内企业国际业务从业人员在书写电子邮件称呼语和签名时的常见误区,并总结出若干黄金书写准则,以期对广大国际化业务从业人员的实践有指导和借鉴意义。

Based on more than ten years of business communication teaching and research, the author summarizes in this paper the common mistakes that international business personnel in domestic enterprises make when they write salutation and sign-off for business emails. The paper also proposes two writing strategies for business email salutation and sign-off composition, in the hope of providing some guidelines and reference for personnel working in international business.
